The bad foods to avoid

The good foods to eat
- Dark leafy greens
- Kale
- Spinach
- Swiss chard
- Omega-3 oils
- Walnuts and flaxseeds
- Salmon and deep sea fishes. These foods have omega-3 fatty acids which can reduce joint inflammation• Cherries
